  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 7–9 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications.

9. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

We may:

  • Reship the order (additional charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund excluding shipping costs
